Noemi Arellano-Summer is a knowledgeable journalist and storyteller with experience as a reporter, editor, photojournalist, copy editor and arts critic. She is passionate about education, arts, literature, film, culture, history and local news.
She is currently schools, youth and families reporter for the Bend Bulletin in Central Oregon.
